There is no denying that MacBook Pro models of Apple can be a bit costly, and not all of them are on sale, particularly the latest iterations. At Amazon right now, however, you can score some sweet savings with up to $300 off regular prices for a limited time on Apple’s 2019 MacBook Pro line.
The most affordable option is the new 13-inch base-spec MacBook Pro with a Touch Bar for $1199.99. Usually, it’s $99 more than that at Apple directly, and this is the lowest we’ve seen this model go since its release in May. It is equipped with an Intel Core i5 processor of 1.4GHz 8th-gen quad-core, 8 GB RAM, and 128 GB SSD. If you need more space, you can also snag the 256 GB model at a $99 discount or save $199 with the 2.4GHz model to increase the processing power.
The faster 9th-gen Intel Core processor and the larger display are available for a 15-inch model. The Intel Core i7 with a 256 GB SSD is $299 off in gray or silver space, and the 512 GB SSD Intel Core i9 model saves $300.
The 2019 MacBook Pro models were released just a few months ago and offer a slightly modified butterfly keyboard design, and the larger models have the newer Intel chips but they remain fairly unchanged as regards the spec sheet compared to the 2018 model. This certainly makes it worth checking out some of the discounts on previous-gen models to see if you can save a little bit more if you don’t have to squeeze all the power out of your laptop.
